The mouse arrow on my laptop is stuck and I've tried switching the computer off but the mouse arrow just won't move. The mouse is integrated into the laptop.
Help please.

What is the make and model of the laptop?

Also do you have an external mouse you can try?

Thanks for your reply. I've solved the problem by accident really. Function F6 cured it, so I must have hit that by accident and disabled the mouse.
