My video just went out one day I got a new video card and monitor but when you turn on the computer it just says no signal all cords are connected.

For starters re-seat the RAM.

If that doesn't work remove the RAM completely and try to boot. Does it BEEP?

If your video just went out with a No Signal then there was probably nothing wrong with the graphics card or the monitor.

A No Signal indicates a proper graphics response to a more fundamental hardware failure.

Also are you sure the new card is compatible with the motherboard and PSU etc.?
