Have you tried reinstalling since taking the ticks out, and tried the scanner / printer in there?

Well thanks for all your time......I think I'm going to buy a new pc,any recommendations?And if I do,how do I get rid of all the 'stuff' on my old one?

I live in Kent.
A pc is for my own personal use at home.....usual things,surfing etc.But I also chat to family in UK and Australia and thats the reason for the webcam.
Have Dell got a good reputation?I've seen some that look ok,so what do you think I should go for?:wave:
