I require some assistance if anyone here might be in a position to render it. I recently ordered a digital television usb device through Amazon and today it arrived, only for me to discover that the installation disc had a crack in it. I found the manufacturers own website- http://www.tecknetdirect.co.uk/ - to look for a software/ driver download but that facility does not seem to be very well maintained on their behalf, I found nothing.



I have tried to find another source of the software/ drivers on the internet but can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. I've almost literally scoured the internet to no avail, searching by name, it's called a 'TeckNet T-03 DVB-T Digital mini stick USB2 TV Tuner ', and also I've tried to identify it by sight. Unfortunately, there aren't any markings or numbers on the device itself so I have no clue as to any technical references or version codes.

I have e-mailed the supplier asking for a replacement disc, but I'm not at all confident I will get a response. If anyone who has, or knows someone that has, a copy of the installation CD data or, just as helpful, can identify which driver it might use, or a generic version and suggest compatible software, and perhaps suggest a source, I would be most greatful.
