hi I'm a newbie here and hope someone can help me out.

I'm running XP. I have a LOGITECH QICK CAM PRO4000 web cam that used to work on MSN plugged into 1 USB PORT. and my ASDL modem plugged into the only other USB PORT.

As I say it worked when i was on standard broadband,but now I'm on *meg broadband it doesnt work.

what happens is when i enter the cam it says "it's in use by another application"

windows xp pops up and says that my bandwidth for the usb has exceeded

the modem has 79% and the cam needs 17% so i dont understand whats wrong and as usual windows help is useless.

any ideas how to sort this out or to change the % manually ?
