i have a problem, while trying to download Itunes, an error message came up stating iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application, according to the Apple troubleshooting website, the resolution to this is to delete the temporary internet files, well i did up to that step, and one file will refuse to erase, the file name is ~DFD62B.tmp, can someone please tell me how to erase this

CCleaner should be able to do that for you and a whole lot more. If you are unfamiliar with editing Windows Registry, do NOT use the Registry section: -
