    P4 on a new motherboard

I've been looking to buy a new motherboard with support for quad core processors, my current motherboard has support for 1066 FSB but I would need to find memory with CL2.5 which is annoying and it's only DDR. Anyway, the Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2 has everything I need 1333 FSB, DDR2 memory (only PC6400 but hey thats good enough for me). My question is will my P4 work in this motherboard? I can't afford a quad core yet, so I want to know if I can get the motherboard and memory first and use my P4 for the time being. The specs accoding to cpuz is as follows:

    Pentium 4 631 3 GHz
    socket 775
    bus speed 200 MHz
    rated FSB 800 MHz

Sorry no one responded. Most of the better motherboard makers post lists of compatible CPUs for their motherboards. Yours is here.
