Well, let's see. I am an online gamer (WoW). I recently came accrossed a problem. I brought my computer out of standby and was doing something, when it froze. It sounded like the Harddrive shut off...then it kicked back on and kind of resumed where it left off. It repeated this, to where it was rather annoying. I restarted and got an error saying Harddrive did not exists. Restarted again and it booted up and the harddrive clicked off, and repeated.

I went to fiddle with it some today, and ended up unplugging my 'other' monitor to move my tower to the floor. The computer seemed to work fine from that point. Not working GREAT, but it was clicking the harddrive on and off. The computer was still very slow to react, shutting down, loading things ect...However, once I loaded up WoW it seemed to run the game fine, about 30fps, at 150 Latency, which is normal for me. It ran for about 30 minutes before shutting down (which took about 10 minutes to finally do).

These are my current Specs, if you need anything else please let me know.
Motherboard: Asus x Series Socket 478 P4S8X-MX
Video Card: GeForce FX 5200 AGP 8X 256DDR
2gigs of Ram
3.2 Intel Socket 478 Processor
300Watt 12V Power Supply
Windows XP Professional

I normally run on dual monitors. Once I unplugged my secondary Monitor it stopped crashing. I'm not sure if it's an overheating issue, a harddrive issue, motherboard, video card. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Also, is anyone know of a way to boot-up directly to WoW (World of Warcraft) that way all my video/Memory is only in use for the game? I've heard of a few people having a WoW only startup, which improved the gaming a ton, but am unsure how to do it.
