Hi Everyone.

About 2 months ago I bought a Geforce 8800GT and it had worked without a hitch for about a month.

Then, at random, the moniter would just turn black. It would seem that it wasn't receiving any signal from the card. This would happen regardless of what I was doing, it even happend when I was trying to wipe all my display drivers in safe mode.

I've figured out that it's not the video card, because I tried it with a different video card and exactly the same thing happend.

What I've done:
Wiped all display drivers and reinstalled current
Cleared BIOS and set PCIE as primary display
Reset CMOS (Friend did that for me)
Ran HP diagnostic programs on the system, all checks came clean
Reformatted the harddrive.

After everything I've tried it still happens.

HP MEDIA CENTER PC M8034N
CPU: amd athlon x2 dual core processor 5000+ 2.6 GHz
Memory: 2GB ram
OS: Windows Visa 32-bit
PSU: Antec Earthwatts 500W

Any insight to this would be a big help, and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
