Hello,

Having a problem with computers that will not hold video resolution. When the computers are booted, they boot w/ the lowest possible video res. Resetting only solves the problem until the next reboot. The computers are under warranty and they have been reformatted, had video cards replaced and some have had new motherboards. They also have had updated video drivers as well as BIOS updates. All w/o success. Besides a traditional monitor each computer has a TV attached via "S" video - the TV's are only used to capture s video from a dental type camera. Now the company is saying they feel the issue may be something in our building. Electrical Interference??? Any suggests or ideas of what to check next would be greatly appreciated. Is has become a very frustrating problem.
Thanks, Suzy
