My usb ports stopped working after i plugged in my External HD. In Device manager it says everythings fine but still nothing will work. In the rear and front. I uninstalled and reinstalled the USB HUB PORTS. PLZ HELP

Will they work if you remove the External Hard Disk?

Open Device Manager. Right click on the very top line and choose "Scan for hardware changes" to see if any errors come up.
