this morning when i went to turn on the dell desktop computer, it wouldn't turn on. i pushed the power button, but nothing - absolutely nothing happened - no lights, nada ... i checked all cords and the powerbar - they are all plugged in, and the rest is getting power and works ... any idea??? do these things still have batteries that need to be replaced? the desktop is about 4 years old...
any tips wll be highly appreciated! thanks, birgit

There are 4 LEDs on the rear of the case that should light up in particular sequences at a failed boot. These are Dell error codes and should tell you what is wrong.
