in the last week and a half, while playing WoW, ive been getting random intervals of extremely choppy gameplay. itll freeze for a second the unfreeze for a second or 2. ive recently gotten rid of a trojan, or so i thought. ive run antivirus checks and repairs, spyware checks, and adware checks multiple times. ive tried running the repair that Blizzrd includes to see if its a corrupt or missing file, but no go. any input is much appreciated. as far as hardware changes go, the most recent thing ive changed is a RAM upgrade, from 768 mb-1.5 gigs. i got a deal on it caus my friend was havin gameplay issues, but it stopped when he replaced it. is there anything i can do to see if that is the problem?

a friend told me that i shouldnt mix ram speeds (i had a 512 and a gig stick in it) so i tried with jus the gig stick, but no such luck, still does the same crap, and its more annoying than ever. so i dun think this thread belongs in hardware discussion anymore, but thats kool if u canhlp me out anyways
