So i am not actualy in any way computer inclined.
However i do know how to turn on my old school laptop, currently this does not work, if i push the turn on button, instead of starting up a small button will flash ( with a square missing a quarter symbol on it) then nothing.

I have also tried disconecting all, taking the battery out.

It is an old laptop: Toshiba Te 2000

does anyone know of other ways to turn this computer on? ( i remember another one of mine had a reset button you pressed with a small piece of wire or something)

if anyone could help i would be extremely grateful

yes, same with the ac adaptor.
it also has had issues over the last month with turning on though now it just wont
