Im trying to find a motherboard and processor that are very upgradable and can give me best performance under 400 together and that will beat this :

Because my friend is like showing off that he has a better board then "I could ever have" but i dont really want to spend over 300 but have 400 to play with. I like amd but cant resist a good intel
