I have an ABIT NF7-S motherboard. My hard drive just broke down so I need to buy a new one. How can I figure out if a hard drive is compatible with my motherboard. Will any of these hard drives below work with my motherboard?

All three would work but the SATA II wound need to be jumpered down to SATA I as your board was pre SATA II.

I would go with the third drive on your list if those are the only three you are considering.

The Seagate ST3250623ARK 250GB Hard Drive is a great price and would be as good as a SATA I.
