So I built a computer just the other day, and under a load it tends to freeze, however it also froze on me the other day while browsing the web.

When I say freezes, I mean the screen locks up and I cant move the mouse and the keyboard does nothing, and if a sound is playing (normally a sound is playing) it will stick and play the same note/sound over and over really fast.

I havent overclocked anything, and I have watched the temps... its not overheating.. all the drivers for all my components have been updated and are current.

Im not sure what part of my computer is broken if any... maybe I need to alter the bios??? i dont know really... here is my build

Im running Windows XP on
ASUS P5N-e sli motherboard
Intel Core2 Duo 6420 chip
Evga 8800 GTS 320mb graphics card
G-skill 2Gb of ram (2x1GB)
