Hi all: I have recently purchased a portable Bluetooth keyboard (Igo Stowaway Sierra Bluetooth keyboard) to be used with a Palm Tungsten E2 pda and can't get it to work despite downloading the owner's manual, the start up guide, and the e-mails from the forum for the keyboard. I use a Mac Powerbook and am computer illiterate. I would like to use this keyboard/pda combination when I do volunteer teaching this June in China since I will not take a laptop with me.
Any suggestions on how to proceed? Technical assistance from the company is very poor although the installation of the keyboard to work with the Tungsten E2 is stated by users to be easy (if you are computer literate!) Thanks for any assistance you may give me.eace:

I don't know the hardware or the Mac personally but I am good at digging through documents.

Can you post the links of the above sources you have looked at?
