i have a friend just buy a new computer , he set a os password in his computer, but after few day he forget the password and he cant enter window now. how to do now? any idea? thks.
p/s : there are no important data inside harddisk.

there are many ways to retreive password (bios or windows..)

but try the easiest first:
boot windows in safe mode, log on as administrator, in control panel select account, and select his account and disable the password from that account.

try that to start.
