hey. i have the powercolor x800 pro video card. everything works on it but the fan. it draggs so it dosent spin unless i help it and then it may keep spinning other wize the rest of the card works fine. dose any one know if the fan is heat sensitive and only turns on when reallly hot or what?.. ok thanks..

Not familiar with this particular VGA card but I've only ever known fans to be on constantly.

Yeah I've never heard of a video card with a load sensative fan...it is a next generation card though. I'd check the manufacture's website for such a feature, if not it sounds like faulty kit to me - get in touch with your supplier as you may have to send it back.
