    PC won't boot

I just bought this whole new system MSI RX480 Neo2 mobo and a
radeon X1300 pro graphics card, 512mb DDR ram and a HEC orion 585 watt
power supply, when i turn on the power supply the fan doesn't go on nothing goes on, when i turn on the power switch nothing happens..... i just wondering what you guys think it could be , faulty psu or......

and also i bought this memory at future shop called comstar not the greatest memory, on the package it says DDR400, i was wondering is this the same as DDR or is it a different kind? i thought i might be that they got the speed mixed up into the type of memory like 400MHz and they just put it beside it DDR400???? im not sure

DDR400 is the current standard in PC's

DDR400: DDR-SDRAM memory chips specified to operate at 200 MHz

As to the Power Supply: if the PSU fans don't turn on then there is no power there. Are your sure that the Voltage is set proper? 110 or 220?
