Hello to everyone (new member):I recently installed on my Dell laptop a SOHOUSB 2.0 /2 port Card bus which is working according to the device manager.
However when I plug in my external drive which is usb 1 and usb 2 compatible, it does not work and I get the message Unkown Device. Would my Ext drive have to be installed through the usb 2.0 port for it to be able to work ?
