I think that's it.

Lookin' good! The only two things I would check would be if your mobo is Conroe supported (since being able to upgrade to a conroe would be nice) and I would get an Antec fan (or Silenx fan) instead of the Rosewill, but I just prefer Antec and Silenx (I've had better experience with them).

I don't think I really have to worry about that, I won't be upgrading for many many years.

I actually had to buy a new PS last week, so I removed that PS. I also added XP, sadly, stupid OEM...

What about cooling? Does the case come with enough fans?

Forget XP home and go with Pro...you know that! lol

It's cheaper! It so frickin' dumb to buy a new license when I have this one. Stupid Microsoft. And then I'll have to upgrade to Vista eventually...yippe.
