I have a windows XP that needs to be formatted but the stupid computer wont LET ME IT say MY version of Windows is Newer than the disk and wont let me format. I tried to delete the update but there is an error and it will not delete. I need to get to my bios to get the computer to boot from disk but i cant remember how. HELP
