I have a Dell Optiplex GX260 2.4 Mhz Tower. I downloaded a decoder for my DVD. When playing a DVD it starts off okay but after a few minutes, the video stops (like you put it on pause) but the sounds keeps going. I have no idea what is causing this. Can somebody help???

Does this happen with any DVD or just this one? Some DVD's are so protected they act very strange.
