Many of my friends are having problems with their wireless :nervous:
Do you recomment a certain kind of wireless or just wait until this system is
better made?
Best, Pedro

I don't fully understand what you are asking.
What issues? What system is made better?
-
Hello Rob
They are always complaining about lost signals, crashes and so on....
many returned to their old systems.
eace:
Thank you :notworthy:

What do you mean "old systems?" Different OSs? Wired?
What kind of crashes?
-
Hi Rob:
Their computers just crash or are running real slow...they are very sorry to be now wireless.
Old I mean cable or phone.
My English is bad :nervous:
Thank you

Wireless technology has definatly matured over the years. A full 802.11G network works pretty well now, although you won't get the same bandwidth you would over wired. While all my PC's are wired, we have a wireless network for the laptops, and it works well. It helps to have newer (Windows XP) PC's, however.

Thank you really :notworthy:
I will study the 802.11G and tell my friends.

I have used a wireless network for 2 years with not many problems at all Pedro
My Router will handle 54 Mbps (roughly 8MB connection) and it hasn't lost a connection for ages now. I used to have a connection problem but that was due to a faulty firmware upgrade. It's all fixed now.
