    Dell 420 Precision Workstation

I have a message at startup that says:

Previous voltage failure. Also there was another message that read "Cover Previously Removed. I found "Chassic Intrusion in Bios and disabled it and that message no longer appears.

Where do you go to get rid of the "Previous Voltage Failure" message?. I think this message is cropping up because I replaced the mother board battery 3V

In some Bios there is a setting to turn on/off error reporting. This could be what you are seeing computertech48

    Hi,

See if this gets rid of the message:

    Internet explorer

go to tools/ internet options/ advanced
    Check disable script debugging IE
    Check disable script debugging other
Uncheck Display a notification of every script error.

When done, reboot and see if it is still there.

    Post back with results.

I believe the OP is getting the message before the OS has loaded. In which case, the above wouldn't make a difference.
