I recently had to reinstall windows. Since i have reinstall it I can't get my graphics card installed right. Its a radeon 9200 and it came with a cd,I install the catatlyst drivers off the cd and it seems fine. The problem is I can't get directx installed. When I installed directx I tryed playing a game and it said you need to upgrade directx so i did. The computer restarts after finishing and i try playing the game again yet the same message comes up about directx so i try installing directx again and after the restart same thing. I went to Run and tryed dxdiag and after a second my computer restarted itself. I tryed it again and i got an error sayin there was trouble with direct3d. I checked the one tab in dxdiag for the graphics card and it for drivers theres nothin there its just blank as if it has no driver installed when it does. Keep in mind before i had to reinstall windows everything worked fine and I could play games but then again futureshop was who isntalled the card so maybe i am missing a step? I tryed downloading the latest drivers and installed them but got the same results.
