    Hi,

I would highly recommend to you that you buy a quality power supply when replacing yours. The best ones at a reasonable price today will cost about 100 bucks or so. My recommendation to all my customers and students is that you buy either an Enermax or Antec in the 450 watts or greater range if you want quality that will last for years. Cheap power supplies do not put out a sufficient power stream within the 5% +- range for each rail and they simply do not last.

If you hadn't just installed a water cooler, I would have recommended that you take a look at the Antec Sonata II case with the 450 watt power supply. You could have purchased one of those for around 100 bucks and it is a great case with a great power supply.

That is my personal opinion and the recommendation that I would make to you.
