Napster and Ipod
When I tried to put all the songs I had bought from Napster on to my new ipod-mini, it would not let me import them into the itune's library. A message popped up that they could not convert the files to AAC (i think) because they were protected wma files. Is there any way to get these songs onto my ipod, besides burning them all to cd's and ripping them again?

Welcome to the forum!
Technically no this isn't possible. It will work fine on your Napster portable device, and vice-versa iTunes on the iPod. But most of the time this isn't possible. However, some individuals have devoted their time to trying and most have figured it out. That is one way, it would be quite easy with a Rewritable CD.

Oh ok, thanks. On that note, then is there any way to burn songs to cd so that the name of the artists and such will show up when you rip the file again? Every time i've done that to a cd, all that information shows up as unknown.
Edit: I usually use windows media player for this kind of stuff, but I also have that dell jukebox thing

Just let WMP connect to the Internet, and it should do it for you

Thanks, but I've been trying that and it isn't working ](*,)
Its the same thing, when I burn songs I bought with Naspter (with WMP) and then rip them in Itunes all the information is still coming up as unknown.
Ugh, what am I doing wrong?

Make sure you're ripping them in WMP and then opening in iTunes.
-
Eh? How do you do that?
Lol thanks for putting up with me and my computer ignorance, btw.

Not a problem
Open WPM, choose Rip from CD, then copy it to a folder. I'm not familiar with iTunes but I can imagine you can simply open the saved files.

They do open, but I'm stuck with all the unknowns still...

And you're ripping them in WMP and allowing WMP to access the Internet? I did find this tell us if it works or not -
