Got aida32 from Ren's link and It says my BIOS is 2 years old and needs updating. I'm a complete numpty and scared witless of messing with the BIOS, so can someone take me through the process step by step as if I only posses 1 brain cell.

First off, who makes your computer? What is the model number?

This is for A-Bit but they are all very similar.

I suggest you do not upgrade your BIOS unless you have a good reason to, for an example I did one a little bit ago because the old BIOS could not read up to 160 GB for hard drives, the update fixed it.

Be sure to ask yourself "Why do I need to upgrade"?

Well I did ask myself that Tyler, the saying "If It ain't broke don't fix It" sprang to mind, but I really would like to know a little more about upgrading so If the occasion arises I don't panic. I don't have a make or model number it is custom built so here are my specs, if you need more let me know.
