This is really an observation question, has anyone got any insightin into this driver. Everywhere you go someone has a problem with it. Whether you are Intel/AMD boards this perisher seems to cause lots of problems. Iv'e tried to check whether SP2 has any bearing on the problem. I rember when I had SP1 I, used to get periodical updates from Win Update site, now with SP2 it showed an update for the AC/97 driver and the SiS ethernet driver but with 0 kb as the download size. Iv'e tried to check on various Microsoft sites but can't find any info. Would appreciate any input from you friends. ](*,)

I have had seen this also, not with the same driver, but with others. I beleive that this means it is either already download, or it is <1KB
