Hi.. I have a problem in my pc. I have a Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 2.8 GHz system.
its motherboard is " HP D530 sff " ...
The problem i am having is that.. its processor is running at 1.4 GHz instead of 2.8 GHz

but my system is showing processor as 2.8 in BIOS and device Manager and also in DXDIAG menu....
only when we check system specification by right clicking on my computer and going into the properties, I find my processor as 2.8 GHz and also 1.4 Ghz..

the bios shows my processor as 2.8 GHz or 2800/800 Mhz....
I have 1GB DDR ram ...

First its was used to display as 2.8 GHz and 2.79 GHz.. but now its as 2.8 GHz and 1.4 Ghz..

and my speed is also slow and i can notice it in the games i used to play...
plzzzzzz help me if u can...
