I recently tried to upgrade my computer, unfortunately whilst testing the newer ram after installing it, one of the older rams burns out and now my computer doesn't work..
when removing all ram from the computer the computer beeps and the power light shows, but when inserted no response, only fans work.

I have tried to install my other ram, they are the same type, but still nothing..

Two computers, two problems requires two threads, so I split your second computer problem out.

For this system, did you unplug the computer from the wall before removing and inserting RAM?

What exactly do you mean by "burns out" ?

Please provide information about the computer.
