My brothers computer keeps restarting after the booting screen where it says the video card.
The computer just opens for less than 5 seconds then it restarts itself..
What could be the problem? I can't even get into setup.

Is this a new problem? Was everything okay yesterday?

It's the ones you build yourself. It's been awhile now.. but only have time to look at it now.. I think it's the hard drive.. but not sure..

After it shows the video card, it shows "..." where the hard drive is suppose to show? then it restarts...
