I just installed a new Gigabyte motherboard, a new video card, new CPU and new ram. everything was going well for about a month or so. all of the sudden my computer froze to a point where the mouse wasn't even moving. After a restart it logged in fine and then after about a minute gave me "Blue Screen of death" and restated. when it was booting up again it only got as far as first BIOS screen, then would just restart again. it's stuck in a none ending loop between restarting and BIOS screen.

i tried to wait for about 3 hours and then logged in... got as far at the windows loggin screen and froze again.... arrrrh

does any one know what can cause this? is it hardware?

i disconnected all the drives and anything that was plugged in except for the video card and ram, and still the same thing.

the CPU seems to be not overheated, all fans are working.....

What is the exact Gigabyte model? There might be a BIOS upgrade worth installing.
