    Well the point being: if the motherboard speaker or case speaker works you should definitely hear BEEPS with no RAM installed.

    Assuming the motherboard or case speaker is working and you hear no beeps it is time to start shopping for a motherboard.

    Not much else to suggest if you have cleared the CMOS that is about all you can do.

    Make sure the 20 pins are in the proper position etc.

    Do the fans work? Is there an LED on the board?

    Well that indicates at least one 5V rail is getting through.

    Beyond that I have little or nothing to add to my last post.

    Sorry.

    About all you can do is strip it down and boot with nothing but CPU / RAM / Graphics

    If the monitor gets no signal not much else to try.

    Reseat everything again. Clear the CMOS jumper again.

    Try to determine if the CPU gets at all warm.

    well i put my head closer to the computer i hear a beep when it turns on its not as loud as my computer beep but it still doesn't beep when i take ram out

    Have you tried everything else I've suggested?

    Again not much to add.

    If you were using more than one RAM stick just use one for now.

    Does your monitor show a "No Signal" message?
