64-bit what? XP? Vista? Note the Gateway site has a 32-bit driver for your webcam, but no 64-bit drivers. What OS did the notebook first come with? If your notebook came with a 64-bit OS installed from Gateway, try calling Gateway to find out what driver you should use. If it came with a 32-bit OS, you may need to roll back to 32-bit.
