You would have to reinstall your operating system to move C:

You can move the contents of D: if you wish

C: cannot be altered after the operating system has been installed.

Another possibility is cloning your old drive to the new.

Who is the hard drive manufacturer?

You will need to open the computer to do this. Are you familiar with working inside computers?

Cool. Maxtor & Seagate are now one company so Seagate offers MaxBlast 5:

    MaxBlast 5 | Seagate

With MaxBlast 5 you can clone your old C: / D: drive to the new 200GB. In the process you will have the option to resize or remove partitions as well.

Does your computer have a floppy drive or only a DVD/CD drive?
