USB connection problems
I have an Epson CX7400 all-in-one printer with a USB connection and an Airlink AWLL3028 wireless adapter, also with a USB connector. When I turn on my printer I get an error message that:[ TWAINTracker window: apdproxy.exe - unable to locate component. application failed to start because ijl15.dll was not found]. I have a Compaq Presario SR1103WM desktop with windows XP Home. Thanks. Also, when I turn on my printer my wireless adapter quits working.

The first thing that I would recommend would be to uninstall the devices, restart, and then reinstall. Install and test only one at a time. Try this and get back with us with how it went.

Thanks. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling these devices and they work fine individually, but not at the same time, which makes it difficult to print anything from the internet. I can download something to my computer, disable my wireless adapter, turn on my printer and print, turn off my printer, enable my wireless adapter and go back online, but that's a lot of hassle. I do have an ethernet card in my computer so I may have to connect to my router that way, but I would prefer to use my wireless card if possible. I have windows XP Home, SP3.

Well I'll research the error message tomorrow because I'm not really coherent right now.

Okay, there is problem only with your Printer so try repair or reinstall.
First Remove all USB devices and then connect only one printer and then tri Reinstall / Repair printer will Fix this minor problem.
Do the best. Best of Luck.

I didn't find anything on your error pertinent to your problem but I suggest, if you haven't already done so, that you try plugging in the printer to another USP port.
