After loading the drivers I still cannot change the resolution and the colors are faded on some textures. I've tried driver fixer apps but still cannot get the monitor to work properly. If anybody can help please post or Email me.

Have you tried downloading a new driver, uninstalling the existing driver. Install the latest driver, reboot and test. There's a driver halfway down this page. You're required to enter username=driver and password=all its the same pasword etc for eveyone.
