Remove all peripheral devices.
Are your keyboard and mouse USB or PS/2?
If the former can you switch to the latter? Adapter etc.
Does the computer BEEP?
Reseat the RAM.
Clear the CMOS.
For starters.

Hi jephree, Keyboard and mouse are wireless and uses USB2 but could connect a wired board and mouse and the peep has never worked since I built it a one wire has come of the little speaker
. What is the CMOS? and will change over the keyboard and mouse and reseat the ram. will report progress tomorow night. Thanks for the help

There is a jumper on the motherboard which clears the motherboard memory (CMOS).
This sets the board to default and would clear most any BIOS issue.
I will download your manual if you want as the instructions will be in there.
