When I turn it on, I can hear the fan working, but the screen is

I Have this problem, i was using my laptop yesterday normally and i hibernate it, this mornig when i tried to turn i on but i can´t so i press the power button i tried to start it up normally but my laptop doesnt work anymore... when i turn it on the screen is black apparently with no signal, but i can hera the fan working for a few seconds and the hard disk but after aprox. 10 seconds my laptop auto reboot and do all that things again and again until.

What is the exact make and model of the laptop?

Do you get a "NO SIGNAL INPUT" error or do you get absolutely nothing?

Well it is a HP Pavilion dv9408ca and i have nothing, it just turn on the lights of the panel starts the fan and HD for a few seconds and reboots, i mean the screen is always down.
