Unhappy DVD Burner Drive - Sound Issue. Need Help!

I just got this Lite On DH-20A4P.
    It records DVDs fine.

However, when playing DVDs with this machine, sound is not perfect.
It produces crackling/wobbling sound as movies are being played.
    Using both DVD+Rs and DVD-Rs.

I got all updates on my computer. DVD Player (DH-20A4P) has latest firmware on.
I also switched different speakers. Sound is still not good, as crackling/wobbling noise.

Used same DVDs in a different computer with different DVD player, sound is clear and perfect when playing movies.

Please assist with any suggestions to get this Lite-On DH-20A4P to play DVD movies properly...(Please note that movie images are perfect...Only sound is bad).

    Thanks.

Is there a sound cable (three or four wire, usually a Grey cable) from the DVD device to your sound device? (Either a sound card in a motherboard slot, or, onboard sound AUX input pins on the motherboard.)

Check Device Manager (Start, Run, devmgmt.msc) for any "error" or problem indications.

No problems at all with Device Manager.

This is weird...Any movies I put sound wobbly like popcorn noise...
    Same for any retail DVDs.

Do I need to post an HJT log to see if any virus or conflicts?

    Thanks.
