Yeah, I reset the time, enabled nvidia raid, disabled onboard audio, set sli config, set memory timings to 400mhz, and enabled quickboot , saved and exited. it then rebooted and started normally. I am just worried it won't restart if i shut it down. I am actually typing this on that machine.

Well, I can understand that - I guess all I can say is back up any critical data now - set a restore point, and see what happens. I note a bunch of Windows Updates were released yesterday, I recommend you reboot at least once BEFORE applying the new updates.

After shutting it down last night, I got up this morning and fired it up, it started perfect. Now after getting home from work I tried it and the problem is back. It seems that when I start it and there are no HD lights it won't start at all. When it doesn't start, I hold the power button for 4 sec. and turn it off, and do that until I get some HD activity lights, once I get the HD lights it will start normally.... Do you think it's hard drive, mobo ? I went through the whole pc and checked all my plugs and made sure nothing was loose.

Wow, that is too bad. Unfortunately, it is looking like a bad board - assuming your battery is good and the BIOS settings held. If you know your hard drive maker, you can check here for a link to you maker's diagnostics program.
