Sudden system freezes/lockups, crashes, reboots and shutdowns can be caused by many things - that often makes it very difficult to troubleshoot. One of the most common causes is overheating. Heat is the bane of all electronics. So, you need to make sure your system is clean of dust and dirt.

While inside the case, inspect the motherboard for leaky capacitors. Leaky capacitors are a common cause of sudden system crashes. Look for white to dark brown dried foam leaking from the tops or bottoms of the capacitors. The capacitors look like tall soda cans, many of which surround the CPU socket. Bulging capacitors are a sign leakage is about to occur. A motherboard with leaky capacitors can be repaired, but often it is more cost effective to replace the motherboard.

Failing RAM can cause these problem. You can test your RAM using one of the following programs. Both require you to create and boot to a bootable floppy disk or CD to run the diagnostics. Using the floppy method is generally easier and yet another reason I still include floppy drives in my new PC builds. However, the CD method is just as effective at detecting RAM problems. Allow the diagnostics to run for several passes or even overnight. You should have no reported errors.
Windows Memory Diagnostic - see the easy to follow instructions under Quick Start Information.
    or
MemTest86+ (for more advanced users) - an excellent how-to guide is available here.
I recommend you purge your system of clutter using *Windows (XP or Vista) Disk Cleanup, ATF Cleaner or CCleaner. If you use CCleaner, then during installation, uncheck the option to install the Yahoo toolbar and before first use, go to Options > Settings > Advanced and ensure Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 48 hours is unchecked.

Note: Ensure you know your site credentials (user name and password) for sites you frequent before cleaning; you may have to login again at next visit.

Then download, install, update, and run Malwarebytes's Anti-Malware (MBAM) to ensure your system is free of malware. Then do the same for all other computers on your network (everything on your side of the Internet gateway, typically a cable/DSL modem).

ok I left Windows Memory Diagnostic running over night with the slow scan and it didn't found any errors one thing that Windows Memory Diagnostic did told me before scaning was that there was a deficiency of WMD and that as a result not all memory would be tested I have another question would u say this capacitors look fine or not? I have not seen that error. You might want to try the other memory tester. As for your capacitors, they look fine in the pictures.

Just from my personal experiance, is your no detect drive error message given before Windows boots. If so you might be looking at a failing hardrive maybe.
