I have sent this board back to where i bought it for this exact reason and they have tested it and they tell me its fine.

Am trying to find the fault, have connected PSU (Zalman ZM600 heatpipe PSU modular) and front panel and obviously the monitor using on-board VGA only but once power up i get nothing. Any ideas?
