The problem i am having is that i want to hook a xbox 360 to my pc's monitor due to space restrictions (college dorm.) My monitor has two DVI ports and a button to select which source it is coming from. My pc will be hooked to one and the 360 to the other. The question i have is related to the adapter to connect DVI to RCA. Do adapters meant to go from DVI to RCA work the same going in the opposite direction. (RCA to DVI) Here is what i am looking at. I don't think that will work as that does not appear to be a plain straight through adapter. In looking around for solutions, there does not appear to be anything simple, or as cheap as a simple adapter.
