My daughter has been given a old school gateway computer/tower with a relisys monitor. She has not been given any boot disks or instruction books. When she turns it on however all she gets is a black screen asking her to boot. How quite does she do this without any disks? only info she has is these printed on the tower.there is no task bar or start up menu. She has no idea what programme it runs either. Any help please?

It sounds like the hard drive was wiped clean - as it should have been, and now you need to buy a copy of Windows, or install one of the many free Linux alternatives.
