They are both listed yes and i have it setup in dial view as if i choose clone i will have to run the samsung moniter in 1084

I think at this point I would find a good friend or a nice boss and borrow another LCD monitor and see what happens.
What happens if you put the Advent in Mon 1 position?

Well we tryed it on another PC as the default and only monitor and same thing happens :-/

we tryed the monitor on another pc 7600GS in the vga socket and the same thing happend turned on for 1 sec then went off same as what is happening on this PC
